Post your pick in the thread, tag the next person up, click the spreadsheet link, and edit in your pick. If you can't edit it because you're using a MAC or whatever, ask someone to do it, or others can periodically edit it when they see gaps. It's important to keep it updated so that people don't draft the same players.
If there are any trades, post them in this thread, and i'll update it in the spreadsheet. Just tag me so I can see it.
