Why don't you change your black back to a red one?

If it's good for us it's good for you.
WEl forgove me if I'm wrong but 20-25 years ago didn't the pies have more white in the back, heck they even had black numbers. And won't you still have your beloved black and white stripes?

I respect your opinion but you support a club that doesn't have that long a history.

You are not a Collingwood supporter, so you wouldn't understand. It's not just a jumper.

The passion that Collingwood people have for the club is what it's all about. We don't have people jumping on our bandwagon, our supporters are there every week no matter how we are doing. We have the highest membership of any Melbourne club even if we are doing bad. Collingwood supporters love their club. That's why I love Collingwood, and I love those black and white stripes. :)
Maybe it is that narrow mindedness and reluctance to change that has seen you as the biggest under achievers in the history of our great game!

This issue is easily resolved.

Collingwood v StKilda (Collingwood home games)
Collingwood: Current home jumper, black shorts
St Kilda: 1997-2000 jumper (all red with a black cross, white lining and bottom half of the shield) slightly altered to have a red back instead of black, white shorts

St Kilda v Collingwood (St Kilda home games)
St Kilda: Current home jumper, black shorts
Collingwood: 'White back' jumper as worn from 1923-2000 and in 2004's Heritage round, white shorts

Why can't both clubs agree to the above arrangement?

for collingwood to not have an alternate strip is bull********, are we the afl, if every other club has one so should we
