Could probably be broken into committee voted defender/ forward awards tbh, at least somewhat returns it to its original purpose by representing non-midfielders for sim performance.

-wide input on important stats for each position
-base team presented to committee, arguments to be made and considered
-set up as a standard Qooty team except for interchange spots which can go to the next best performers

1. For players outside of clubs LG the past 3 seasons may seem like things haven’t changed much if you are voted in what would be the biggest change we would notice Round.1 next season ?


2. At the start of the season it was mentioned that all clubs should bring in at least 1 rookie per season, would you bring this in as a rule or leave it for clubs to choose ?


3. Some clubs still have inactive players on their list but can still manage it because squad sizes have a maximum of 27, if you’re voted in would you implement a 22-24 set up ?


4. If squad sizes are reduced and clubs still have 23 active players on their list, what would you implement so clubs can keep the players outside of the 20 engaged ?

TFLUA - probably should be a job for the simmers or the stat heads. Clubs, by and large, don't really care for this award. Will likely not exist when the new sim comes in.

All-SFA - weighting and composition is fine but it needs to be set at at the start of the season and communicated clearly. A lot of newer LG members over the last couple of seasons haven't understood what it is they're voting on and that has resulted in a couple of headscratching nominations or omissions but the actual selection process you devised works extremely well and the cream has risen to the top every season it has been used.

No. It's not the admin's place to run the clubs.

Why? Life happens for a lot of people and a lot of returnees come back. Some captains might keep them. Some might move them on.
