Basically in the NFL they don't have club songs, the teams just run out to some random rock music or whatever. The concept of singing a club song seems baffling to the Americans, and this particular guy also isn't fond of our AFL outfits (they look ridiculous apparently).
So erm, as best as you can explain it, what would your response be to such a question? Tactful responses preferrably

Thats crap. The Football teams all have 'Fight songs'. Alot of our songs are actually closely related to some of these.

They're Americans, who cares what they think. American's are insular and think they're the centre of the universe. In reality they're all ****** up. To them only their own national sports exist in the world and when their club win they're champions of the world. There's no real tradition in their sports and they're barely understand international sport. Michael Phelps is a way bigger hero here than he is in his own country, many there who have barely heard of him.Basically in the NFL they don't have club songs, the teams just run out to some random rock music or whatever.
