I think he's alright, but too many like him aleady at the Saints, and a bit old for us.

As others have pointed out, probably too old for bottom club who are mostly rebuilding and unfortunately not good enough for a top team.

Malthouse basically forced the board hand. He wanted to get sacked so he started saying things in the media that essentially made his position untenable.

Brett's contract was up. He had an option for another year but we didn't take up that option.

Pagan's contract was paid out in full.

Gibbs has no personal problems thst required him to leave and there is no evidence we asked for Sloane let alone 2 first rounders with him.
