18 years old (still eligible and selected to play for QLD u'18's this year).

75 kg

Has played about 10 NEAFL games in the seniors at Broadbeach after breaking in after the 18's championships last year. As a small forward has already grabbed bags of 6, 5 and 4 goals. A couple of weeks ago was nominated for the NEAFL Rising Star award.

Was named QLD best against Dandenong last weekend and kicked a couple of goals playing as a midfielder. Has silky skills and reads the play well.

Is part of the leadership group for QLD u18 in the upcoming championships where he expected to play through the middle and is without doubt one of the best prospects up here for the upcoming draft.

Keep an eye on this kid because I reckon he has a big future.

Played as a top up player for the Suns as well - so may be a chance for zone selection.

Definite prospect - may suprise and in a couple of months potentially end up the best prospect from Qld if has a good 18's carnival, given his NEAFL performances so far (despite not being one of the 2 Qld 18 year old AIS boys). Certainly already on the radar of a couple of clubs at least.

sounds like a great prospect, I AM NOT sure being an ais kid means much to recruiters. In most cases adulation is poisin ! In many cases it can be a noose around your neck

Good player for Suns reserves, has played several NEAFL games. Definitely one to watch. Is in Suns zone selection

IMO Qlds top draft prospect this year and certainly impressed the scouts V Tassie including Shifter in his players to watch. Quality Kid and very trainable . Kicking his big weapon Left and right with depth very rarely misses his target. Good overhead and very agile and a very good in front of Goal. EG 5 In 1 quarter V Morningside NEAFL round 21 last year his direct opponent that day Peter Yagmoor now at Collingwood

Back at training at Broadbeach Cats this week and Boston has been a standout. Broke 7 mins in the 2km time trial which is v good at this time of year. Will be an asset for whoever gets him, cant believe the Suns didn't use one of those zone priority picks for him.

Won the goalkicking at draft combine, an elite kick of a footy.

I will be watching closely Thursday night to see where he ends up.

Sam Colquhoun was another All Australian to not be drafted. There are at least 1-2 most years.

I haven't read about him being invited to train somewhere as yet, but the official lists are never complete (Essendon's doesn't show Garlett, for example, only Fields). I'd expect someone to be interested enough to rookie him. He has interested enough recruiters (including Carlton's), but there are questions that only training with a senior club can answer.
