With regards to his ruckwork, body on body around the ground at ball-ups and throw-ins, he is very good. The best we have IMO. In fact, I said this two years ago, prior to his debut, and I still believe it.

Agreed that he has a fair bit of work to do at centre bounces, but he's only 20, and I reckon he has upside.

yes considering micheal green was a nice kick and strong mark and in no way unco dont see wer the comparisons r i hav seen green live he is completely different to browne emmett dunne would b a closer comparison .

Was ok first up against the Bombers, struggled badly against Port and the Swans and was servicable enough last night. Far from writing him off I'm more than happy to keep playing him at the moment to continue on with pumping games into him. Graham has had a good 40 odd games to show what he could do so I see no reason why Browne should not be afforded the same sort of time.

Said it in the gameday thread, Browne is so much better around the ground than Gus. He takes marks, doesn't fall over like a sack of shit against smaller opponents in contests, and moves alot better.

There were signs on Saturday night, but a loooooooooooooong long way to go.
At least it was a move into the positive, when it came to not being totally unco.
My girl while watching the game with me, was having a laugh whenever Browne was involved. She suggested that he looks like ...a "bumbling boobie"...I suggested that she put her cv in for a recruiting job.
