He was fantastic today. Just all over it.

What position was he officially playing? He seemed to be in everything and was dynamic with the goals.

Wing. But he's always been the sort of wingman who'll get down back to help out and push hard forward too. Always been a great runner.

Was quite suprised at the anti Embley and A selwood sentiment on these boards before the season started.

They didn't have a great season last year but were still amongst our better players, the super sub Gaff also looks like his replacement on the wing in the near future

and he's wound back the clock with his disposal. starting to look like the embley of 2003-2006

I was livid when he was selected for round 1 after his year last year and then his pre season (as seen by my post in thread re round 1 official team). He has proved me and many others wrong and is dominating.

At training his playing in match simulations has been excellent.

MacGinnity might also never be dropped, because he is what Worsfold wants.
To shut down an opposition player with speed and occasionally burn off his opponent with speed.

Andrew Embley on NAB cup form did not deserve to be in the round 1 team, It just looked like he was going to have another down year!

When on form he is one of the best wingmen in the competition, I dare say Sydney will make sure they play someone on him next week.

Usually starts the season in bad nick, but builds form till the end of the season and finals time. Finally it's quite refreshing watching him putting in a typical vintage performance at the start of the season

great to see the best embley out there again..been awhile..what causes such huge swings in performance i wonder..be fantastic if 'best embley' is here to stay for awhile.
if nicoski can be consistent too..oohlala!
(and lynchy..?? can he dig deep and find that 2006-7 form..(all endeavour no brains at the mo)...maybe this seniors shining is contagious..hope so.
