Just watched a replay of last nights game and have to say Andy Collins second goal was awsome. His first one wasn't bad either. I hope Hardwick has got Andy on the protein shakes because once he fills out he is going to be a very handy utility.

If you looked at a highlight real of all Andy's goals from last year you'll notice he is a real opportunist around goals and probably should spend more time up forward.

Go Andy , I still have the Andy Man Love running through my veins. Keep up the good work.

Hey Rusty,

I thought about you last night. As I was walking out of Etihad there was a guy getting arrested by the cops. He had a Richmond Jumper on with 24 on the back.

As he was getting arrested he was mouthing off to the cops. He said "I'm not a police officer but I earn more then you". lol even the coppers were laughing at him. Then afew people who seen him were laughing and he goes to us as we were walking by "See ya guys, hopefully we win tonight". Some guy just cracked up laughing at him and goes "Nah mate, we lost and now so have you".

It was some seriously funny shit at the time. It has nothing to do with this thread but made me think of you Rusty.

So did they only lock you up over night I take it? :p

Agree! Collins is a fantastic player, has been a little bit down on last year's performances. However, I can see him being a 150-200 game player for the club...Good skills, assured with the footy, think he is best suited on HFF or Wing.

Belief building: Collins

RICHMOND midfielder Andrew Collins says a growing sense of belief among his teammates may be the catalyst to a successful second half of the season.

Despite suffering their 10th loss against St Kilda on Friday night, the Tigers surprised many with a determined effort against last year’s grand finalists.

Not really (re needs weight, would help but he is an outside mid).

He is an outside mid that we are screaming for. We just need to leave him in and he will play just as well as last year.

Last night he just screwed a kick back nicely on the run at one stage to hit a target in the middle. Very very good kick and should be our wingman for the next ten years.

To the op his goal oppurtunities have always been around, always seems to be in the right spot. Love him as a player just want dimma to leave him in the 1's for th next 50 games.

was fantastic, give him 2-3 years to gain some respectable muscle mass and by then he will be even better

I'd like to say it was me Mad4monaro's but Andy will always be number 42 to me. I was on the Sunshine Coast last night. I'm not spoiled like you blokes that can go to the footy every weekend.

And Andy is Jesus to me , I believe he is the saviour of our footy club

Sorry to dissapoint you RT , but Andy has been called up to play for Argentina in the World Cup. The great man himself (diego) saw that piece of skill last night and said it reminded him of himself at the 86 world cup especially when Andy was able to punch the ball as well.

Rio Ferdinand the England capatain found out about Andy being called up and said im going to fake an injury so i dont have to face Andy and be pantsed.

lucky for him the coppers can't wind the clock back and give him a walloping , prob just cuffed him then threw him in back of divy van leaving him rolling about as the van went around corners on two wheels:p

He is a great kick. Hits targets all the time. Really like him, he should be in our 22 every week.

Reminds me a bit of Clinton Young from the hawks in his build, has a pretty raking kick. Sometimes is a bit unsure of himself when to get rid of the ball and when to take players on but I think that will come with experience.
