Anone remember that housing loan thread?

Someone posted about a loan that involved a variable that was 1% under their standard variable for the life of the loan. Or something along those lines anyway. If anyone can find that thread (i've searched and can't find it) would be much appreciated. I'm in the market but best deal i can get is .8 under standard variable for life of loan (CBA).
