I am so glad I went, the last two times that I have gone with my Collingwood mate I have thought we were going to win and then watched them overrun us. I don't think I truly relaxed today until about 32nd minute of the final term.
I don't think I have heard our song any louder than it was today, had to laugh when a Blues supporter in front of me said he was taking tomorrow off work.

How good did the backline look today! Waite, Thornton, Jammo even Bannister did the job. How good was Bower! It's a bit like the younger Waite with Bower, he'll have your heart in your mouth more than you'd like but geez, there's something special bubbling away there.

Gibbs' work rate off HB was supreme and they were well supported by the effort across the entire field. I think we had a good peek into the future today and it looks pretty rosy.

Was such a great day.

Topped off beautifully as i was waving goodbye to all the Pie supporters tottling off down the stairs towards the end of the last quarter, and some dopey bastard gave me back some lip. For once i could point him to the direction of the scoreboard. It was OUR DAY TODAY!!!

that is the one thing that I noticed HBF.....
as a matter of fact, I turned to my hubby & stated that I have never seen the boys do that before a warm up......

after I did see that huddle before the warm up..... I dunno, a feeling of confidence was there that I wasn't sure if it should be there.....

The Blueboys showed real heart today. The body language when they first walked out was really positive. The next step is to smash the opposition.
