Ansett Cup Draw

Just got it off the real footy site, and just wanted to see whether everyone is happy with it or if they think their draw is unfair.

Group 1:
Essendon, Geelong, Port Adelaide, Sydney. Group 2:
Collingwood, St Kilda, West Coast, Kangaroos.
Group 3:
Carlton, Adelaide, Western Bulldogs, Brisbane.
Group 4:
Richmond, Fremantle, Hawthorn, Melbourne.

group 4 is a bit soft but who cares it doesn't count really does it?

and group 3 is the worst one to be in judging on this years performances

Thanks Westy Boy,

I know it is only the Ansett Cup but when your team is out of the finals, there is nothing better than to look forward towards next year.

I'm pretty happy, we get two games in Melbourne out of the three so I am not complaining. Looking forward to the first match against the magpies.

Thought we might have had a chance to win the Ansett Cup next year until I saw the draw.

Having to play Essendon is a tough ask if we are to finish on top.

I'm not overlly concerned with having to travel to NZ. It's good for publicity of the club.

And we get a home game. Let's hope there is no water main leak this year.

Draw looks good, West Coast, St Kilda and Collingwood, only one game in Victoria is a bit sad.
