Wont happen twice

Carlton vs Adelaide:Adelaide
Blues lacking too many players

Roos vs Saints:Saints
2 poor performances could go either way

Brisban vs Doggies:Brisban
Lions too strong

Eagles vs Collingwood:Eagles
Strong performance last week and will get some players back

Freo vs Hawthorn
ockers
Carn the dockers

Richmond vs Melbourne

Actually, I think I got 4. I left out Hawks v Richmond in my first post, but tipped Hawks in my post on Sat. Still, 4 is not that good.

Port Adelaide v Sydney (Football Park)N
TIP Port are in form.

Essendon v Geelong (Colonial Stadium)N
TIP Essendon won't chance a humiliation twice

Carlton v Adelaide (Optus Oval)
TIP Carlton, bogey team and bogey ground for Crows, who have some work to do yet.

Kangaroos v Saint Kilda (Manuka ACT)
TIP Kangaroos want to win, Saints haven't worked out how to as yet.

Brisbane v Western Bulldogs (Cairns)N
TIP Brisbane are hot, Bulldogs are not.

West Coast v Collingwood (Subiaco)Twilight
TIP Pies, West Coast still aren't interested.

Fremantle v Hawthorn (Subiaco)Twilight
TIP Hawks, even in WA Freo aren't in form.

Richmond v Melbourne (Optus Oval)
TIP Dees.

Port Adelaide (at home)

Essendon (don't want to pick against them)

Carlton (you would be kidding yourself to suggest the Crows could improve that much)

Kangaroos (despite some wishful thinking by Frodo, north played ok last week)

Brisbane (But only just)

Collingwood (again, only just)

Hawthorn (strength in key positions will hurt Dockers)

Melbourne (easily)

Um yes did you watch the game over there.
Eagles had 14 of there top 18 out.
So yes to stick with a full strength roos for 3 quaters is called a strong performance.

My tips for this week are as follows (i didn't see the round 1 thread. Where was it?)

Sydney - Talented side ready to make an impact
Essendon - based on last years form
Carlton - Adelaide just not up to it
Kangas - St Kilda still bit weak
Brisbane - Always had potential
West Coast - Players coming back from suspension and injury should make a difference
Hawthorn - Same as Sydney
Melbourne - In awesome form

Didn't enter the first week, but I'll have a go at round two.

PORT v Sydney- Too much momentum and confidence.

ESSENDON v Geelong- Will recover quickly.

CARLTON v Adelaide- All the obvious reasons.

KANGAROOS v St.Kilda- Could be interesting if Harvey, Gehrig and Lawrence play, but the Saints look awful.

BRISBANE v Western- Tough one, because Brisbane have a lot of injuries, but at least they have something to play for.

West Coast v COLLINGWOOD- Not sure how many players the Eagles have returning from injury, but on paper they look very weak.

Fremantle v HAWTHORN- Very close. Fremantle's backline isn't good enough though.

Richmond v Melbourne- Better midfield, fewer injuries, more to play for, less excuses.

Port Vs Sydney - Port - home advantage

Essendon Vs Geelong - Essendon, be firing after a loss in the first round.

Carlton Vs Adelaide - Blues

Roos Vs Saints - Roos, can't see the saints getting on top of the rooboys, depending on whether Harvey is back in and if Spider is in form.

Brisbane Vs Doggies - Doggies, got a feeling the dogs are gonna be on fire this season

Eagles Vs Collingwood - don't want to comment on this one, love to say pies, but don't wanna get my hopes up about anything this season... i'll say pies though, just to keep myself happy

Freo Vs Hawthorn - Hawks, can't go against them on this one.

Richmond Vs Melbourne - Tigers, again, not sure why, just got a feeling they will get up.
