mentioned it another thread, but the fitness guy said that Mora is very hard to manage because he doesn't actually know how much work his body can take, what he needs to eat for his own body etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if the set backs are from pushing it too hard at the wrong points, as opposed to not working hard enough.
Coming back from a knee is tough, especially the way Mora did his knee. It wasn't an impact injury (ie: Haselby) it was a clean cut self generated force injury, which almost certainly means he has muscle imbalances and stablizer issues. Those things don't fix themselves over night.
In that case, hopefully the fitness dudes have him on a program to understand his needs and limits better. I just want to see the mother****er back on the track.
