Any more list changes??

Could re-rookie Collard & Gourdis, doubt anyone will jump on the former before us considering this has now happened twice at two seperate clubs....could be curtains and probably is, but could also just be rockets for the pair of them.

We won't be re-rookieing Collard, not when we had the option to keep him on the Rookie list in the first place.

Nobody really available in the PSD, although maybe we are making a secret play for Cousins?

Otherwise I see us using pick #74 and not going in the PSD.

Yeah, Gourdis is such a gun he played all year in the Coburg ressies. Truth is we dont know exactly why but he clearly wasnt up to the task of developing into a senior player on our senior list for whatever reason. Simple as that.

Collard doesnt have the committment to look after himself for 2 months away from the club so good riddence to him. He should make an excellent country footballer though.

We made good use of last years #1 pick in the PSD and Rookie draft.

All in hindsight of course. At the time I rapt with the 2 picks they used, now 12 months later they are both cut.

Disappointing because both players were potential match winners, both very talented.

It's shame about Gourdis. He looked like he could've turned into a very good CHF. Unfortunate about his condition.

If Collard turned up to training in bad shape as has been said, then he was always gone. We really need a small forward with that X-factor but it appears he just does not have the discipline required to make it as an AFL player.

I guess Sylvester was retained for depth in case one of Thursty, McGuane or Moore goes down.(touch wood)

Good point. With Schultz also being able to play in the backline, I can't see the logic of him being retained

I can see us taking 3 kids in The ND... then soughting out the list after that, before the PSD and rookie draft.

I would say that Petiffer and JON especially would have a slightly higher chance of "making it" than pick 90.

Really? Pettifer at 27 and with a bung knee will make it will he? You can really only seriously argue that JON does, but even that is hard to do. JON is just not a footballer in my opinion. Therefore as these two have no chance, a reasonable assumption is that Pick 90s small chance is bigger.

Well I just see that Bradshaw at about 29 managed to come back from a bung knee and have his best season.
I know he was better than Petiffer to start with but it might be a similar situation.
And JON obviously has talent (being the pick 8) and hopefully whatever was holding him back can come good and will help him on the way.
Both slight possibilities, but so are the chances of pick 90 making it as a player.
