Great question, I have swatted a fly before just to see if I could touch it gently and let it live, turns out I killed it, blood and guts all over my hand, then burned the remans of the fly, wash my hands, and now living a normal life.

Thank you for the advice, it's much appreciated, although If you don't mind I will have to get a second opinion as your suggestion involves talking to scum supporters and that does seem to put me between a rock and a hard place.
