DGX - Euroz Price target of 76cps. Currently trading at 45cps.

Outstanding half year results, bit illiquid though.

VIL is down to .043 now - good time to get in?
It is looking to me like the first interval will not produce commercial flow rates, which is why the price has taken a massive hit. I am going to wait until they announce that for a fact (probably this week) and see if i can grab some in the 3-4c range in the hope that the 2nd and 3rd intervals provide a bit more luck. But i don't expect anywhere near as much hype on this stock in the future. I think a lot of people have taken their profits and invested elsewhere now.

You beauty. Took a punt on MEO's again after being down a fair bit, so put a large amount on at .34, sold that parcel today as insurance. These things will rocket though with the annoucement (which has been ridiculously delayed!)

Have done a lot of research on a once glamourous company ..Elders,,,,
I think they have been very oversold and have pulled the trigger myself
at $1.32..... think they have real scope to come back into favour

Anyone with half a brain in their head would buy NSE.

Do some research, this thing is about to go bonkers.

Not a tip as such, but I bought WES a while ago for $19.

Cant go wrong with the blue chips.

Bought them at 20.95

Bought WBC at $16

Looking at buying MTS - might sell out of WES for MTS, think it has the most potential out of the staple conglomerates. :thumbsu:

My Thoughts on NSE

New Standard classes itself as an aggressive oil and gas developer. Currently it has 141.5 million shares on issue giving it a market cap at todays close of $20517500.
(SP14.5 cps)

NSE owns 18 million BRU shares which equates to $5040000, now in conjuction with that NSE also has cash on hand as at 31 December of $5 650 000, so lets be highly conservative and suggest a cash burn of $650000 thus far for the year.

Effectively, that's $10 040000 in the kitty, which equates to 7 cents per share of tangible assets. Not bad eh?

In regards to the operations of the company itself NSE is currently embarking on a 6 well drilling campaign in Colarado in conjunction with other JV partners, this is based on 3D Seismic data within what the company calls, " A highly prolific production region"

A whole heap of hot air?

Well today the company discovered a commercial gas discovery at the first well in its 6 well drilling program, gas Sales are expected within 30-45 days with weather permitting. There are existing pipelines already in place to which the well will be hooked up to.

This sent the share price up 11% at the close.

The first target, Yegua resevoir, was considered the least prospective.

The next 4 wells are considered to be the payload, the Wilcox resevoir and associated wells have the potential to deliver $660 000 000 worth of revenue if successful, given NSE's 32.5% interest in these wells, that's potential revenue of over $230 000 000 for NSE.

The last well of the Program, the Edwards well is likely to be farmed out and has the potential to deliver 300BCF of gas with estimated flow rates of 6-15mmfc per day. This target, considered to be the jewell in the crown will be drilled in the second half of the year.

Quite a compelling story, NSE states that it plans to drill these low risk targets to generate future cash flows and leverage itself against its interests in the Cannin Basin.

Thus far it has looked and performed very well, it's JV partner in Colarado is AKG, a respected oil & gas operator and with a management team consisting of Ian Paton, formerly a petroleum geologist for the likes of Santos, Conoco, Santos and BHP, and Mark Hagan, 18 years with Sun Oil operating as Technical director I cant see too many holes in the story thus far.

so how long have you been involved with this company - and should we forward this announcement onto the asx? :D

I've been a shareholder since December.

Why would you forward this to the ASX?

All the information I've provided on here has come from company announcements.

Strange post.

lol all i was saying is that it sounds like you're trying to push the company from an executives point of view..

hence forwarding to the asx as an announcement..

Why the hell didn't I listen. This has jumped from 13c to 18c over the past few days. Would've been a great money spinner for me.

What do people think of it? Get on while you still can?
despite my percieved skepticism, i actually listened and bought in - so pretty happy at the moment..

ADO opened very well today on the back of a good ann, went up to 7.8c, then retraced back to 6.5c as traders took profits. One to keep on the watchlist, can be pumped very quickly. Trade on momentum.
