Preview Anyone else think this week’s game is the perfect storm?

Yes, I would rather Bill Shorten as PM than have racists and conspiracy theorists like Hanson and Roberts anywhere near me.

The sooner Victoria returns to being free of our lesser cousins to the north, the better.

You guys let Joan Kirner run your state.

I have a good feeling about this week. We should beat up on the younger, smaller Lions. My only concern (which is a big one & glaringly obvious) is their leg speed & small forwards. They will carve us up if they get away early. Hopefully Shaw learnt a thing or two from last week & we can shut them down.

Syria pre 2011 was the safest country in the middle east.
In fact it was safer than areas of the United States and in eastern europe.

People think middle east and automatically think war and that its not safe.

Its an international travesty what happened there and as is with most wars - the West have blood on their hands that only white man is inhumane enough to ignore.

Well there you go.
Never thought I’d see the day Queensland was compared to Syria....but here it is, on big footy of all places.

I'd been avoiding this thread because I thought it was about rugby.

Now that I've discovered it's really about Syria, man, do I feel stupid.

Exactly, I wandered around Syria in 2010 and never ever felt unsafe.

I disagree pre 2011 I would’ve said Libya was safer and more welcoming.. :'(

There's one key reason why Melbourne and Victoria crap on Queensland?

Can anyone this NORTH MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB board put their finger on it?
