Thats the problem I'm a couple of K's form the exchange and the line is about 4k's which is why I get slow speeds. Gonna move house next year though so will have to try and find somewhere nice and close to an exchange (or just stick to downloading games gotta try and black out the results though).

You don't need great d/l speed to watch game pass.

The best quality game pass can stream at is 3000 kb/s (375 kB/s). If you're watching on a laptop, the 1600kb/s (200 kB/s) stream still looks very good (and it's not too bad through a TV, either).

To find out what sort of speeds you're capable of, use speedtest.net
It's unlikely that your downloads have been maxing out your internet connection, so it's a good idea to run a speed test.
