One of the best ANZAC day matches from a pies perspective was the 2002 version, where in torrential rain we beat the grand finalists from the year before quite easily, with Mark "where are you now" McGough winning the medal, despite Bucks and Burnsy tearing the Bumbers apart.

The famous moment from that game is Bucks with his arms raised as he kickis what he thought was a goal (in fact it clipped the post).

Ah, great memories, so bring the rain, the harder the better, Essendon are not a physical side at all, and we have Luke Ball now, the best wet weather mid in the leauge as shown by last years GF.
