Ridiculous call considering the direct goals Essendon got from umpiring mistakes (Guelfi and the last two goals).

Umpiring was bad though, as it’s been the entire year.

It should have been holding the ball on Stevo in the last min, holding the ball on Crisp (but De Goey kicked it straight to a bombers player anyway) and a free kick to tipa for a high in front of goal... but on the flip side Guelfi was given a gift and tippa was also not penalised for holding the ball which lead to a Daniher goal

Essendon were gifted at least 3 goals by terrible umpiring decisions. If anything, they were the reason Essendon got as close as they did.

Had Essendon won, we would have said the same thing.

And how about Stringer tackled, swung 360, tackled again, swung 360 then kicks a goal.
Two HTB opportunities not whistled.

I don't agree with Jades opinion about the umpiring, it was poor both ways today imo, he's shared his thoughts on the wrong platform and apologised for it. He isn't a dickhead and has overwhelmingly (over 9 years) on balance been a good sport here. I'd hate the yearly tradition to end.
