How hard could it be for the analyst to also do what the host does?

"We welcome viewers back to the X vs Y game"
"Back after the commercials"
"If you have a nickname for player X send it via the fango app"
"Coming up after this game is X vs Y, stay tuned"

And so on. If you had 2 analysts in commentary I'm sure one of those could do the above which isn't a whole lot.

Once again 7 and Fox Sports are showing the same match (Tsonga)! Fox Sports reason for ditching the Red Button is because of lack of use in previous years. Sounds more like cost cutting hoping we would not notice! Their coverage is exactly like Channel 7 now!

This is such a **** up. They leave a high quality slog fest between the crowd-drawing Tsonga and Soeda for a Court 3 match between a no-name Australian and an even lesser known European...and even worse is that both Foxtel and Channel 7 are showing it.

I fear you're right, granted it may get interesting if it's close in the 5th but these plodders are giving me nothing atm.

Keep saying it every year, but i hate the diagonal camera view that they do as the player serves and it stays that way for the first few shots of the rally before reverting to the default camera angle. When they started this a few years ago its like they were trying to be innovative, but it is bloody annoying.
