Mine is 42inches - when I first bought it the lounge room was so small we almost had to have the couch in the way of the front door to get far enough back.

Have moved since then and after having the TV for 3 years it is starting to look on the small side - especially if you go to mates places who have 50inch+ ones.
 
Good news regarding the coverage for next week. The government have lifted the dumb rule that stops them from showing the Australian Open on multichannels so once they hit the News they can just switch the coverage over to 7Two. Plus, with the Queensland floods will probably affect the shceudle next week, this is good news for everyone.

Kudos for channel 7 for actually showing tennis on 7Two (Sydney probably isn't on the anti-siphoning list either). Good signs for the future, looks like FTA coverage of tennis is on the improve (I guess we'll have to wait and see what 9 does though...)

9 doesn't have tennis this year so there's your anwser right there.
 
imo take off all sport of fta tv. if you dont want to show live and in hd take it off.

foxsports is doing a great job.

Foxtel shits me because probably 80% of subscribers only want it for Fox Sports, yet they insist on bundling it with a bunch of other shit channels and charging like a wounded bull.

As Freeview takes off, hopefully Foxtel gets its act together.
 
I think tennis is as boring as anything but Channel 7's Hewitt won this afternoon. I swear he was about to get the trophy when 7 ended it to go straight to 'Coastwatch'. Did I miss the actual ceremony or has 7 continued its tradition?

Are you guys sure 7mate is showing games between 6pm-7pm(News and Today Tonight)

Checking the guide there isn't Tennis on 7mate at 6pm-7pm

Hopefully they dont flick in-between matchs between matchs to much.
I personally rather just watch one hole live match then being flicked back and fourth between a couple.
 
Why would they choose such a rubbish match?
Mens games should always get priority, especially in the first round when womens matches normally aren't even close.
