Pretty meagre deployment of the black gold overall I would have thought. I'm not sure having bread (as Kappa points out, it is hardly toast) visible through the Vegemite is an acceptable usage pattern. I'm sensing a lack of commitment to the cause....

I'm hearing reports that when Hine interviews kids, he gets them to make a slice of vegemite toast to assess their character.

Speaking of Dim Sims, I've just enjoyed a lunch of chili-chicken wontons and Pad see ew noodles with beef, courtesy Chef Anan from Botherambo in Swan St Richmond (next to the Corner Hotel). Delicious!!

Steamed has higher potential, but fried is easier to do well and more consistent.

Steamed also more reliant on good soy sauce

Fried for sure.. almost everything is better fried.. apart from eggs. I wouldn't complain about having a steamed one though
