I actually believe Alan Stewart is a better choice for care-taker

let me clarify

when Jonas took over the coaching reigns at Centrals he really did not bring to the role any new IP or Ideas, it was just a matter of continuing with Stewart's blueprint

I would also be confident in saying that most people close to the club at the time would recognise that the playing group was pretty much "self-coached" and that Danny Hulm was very much hands on as a Captain and had a huge say in what happened at training and on match day.....

not all premiership coaches are great coaches and not all great coaches win premierships

Not sure I would quite go that far. I think its more about what Jonas actually wants to do himself. Not sure he has the passion to do it.

I'm happy for Craigy to see out the year with a clear mandate to play the likes of Riley

however the club needs to come out NOW and say we are starting the process to find our senior coach for 2012

His role of 'forward coach' will be filled by former assistant and current List Manager David Noble and David's list management responsibilities will be shared by the General Manager Football Operations, Phil Harper, and National Recruiting Manager, Matt Rendell.

A couple people have wondered whether this is the best time for Noble to drop his list management job, but I figure he (and a couple others at the club) probably have a free September now to focus on that role.
