this year seems a bit more even than other years, are there any teams that are considered far ahead? looks like wesley, ggs and gc have really bridged the gap

Wallis dominated, awesome footballer, could play AFL this year. Libba very good and tough, beautiful long, left foot kick, inside tackling and clearance machine.

Should be interesting as Wesley College is the only other undefeated team in the APS (2010) and St Kevins are the reigning premiers and 2010 favorites ,
well there is no doubt it will be a great game of footy,
will libba and wallis play? i have heard that they are 'not required' at the metro trials and that they can play school boy footy but others like conway will be missing..

yeah i've heard similar things regarding metro commitments. how have wesley's 2s been travelling? i think skc's have been ok.

Mate of mine goes to Wesley St Kilda Road and apprantly the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4ths SKR have been undefeated this season and 4ths GW have lost one match to Haileybury.

you use quotation marks for the word "best". what are you quoting? i don't believe cop that ever said skc were the best. having spoken to skc players they are taking this game very seriously- indicating that they both recognise the strength of wesley this year, and do indeed respect them as a football side.

yeah i dont doubt that the Skevs take each game seriously..
that comment was not a true indication of my thoughts on the topic. more a vent towards the fact that people judge current performance on past results..
lets wait and see the results for saturday before making any comments on whose soft and who's not

Alex Siddons was in fact the backbone of wesley college football, famous for the flogging he handed to Benny Jacobs back in the day. Unfortunately he has since been struck with horrific injuries and has been the hardest nut the twos have seen for a number of years. So mate, keep your trap shut until you take on siddons.

Back in the day? How far back are we talking? To me "horrific injuries" sounds like an excuse for that fact that he is a dud footballer. And as for Alex Siddons ("tell the dude Alex Siddons says ask Libba if he reckons im soft or not ahah"), the point is that you are a tool for calling tom liberatore soft, because i have no doubt in the world that he tougher now than you will ever be.
