They suspended the head to head market as the toss happened and replaced it with highest opening partnership. Sneaky, it looked very similar in description on quick glance and the prices were fairly similar too from memory but that’s why you always need to triple check everything.

Very sneaky, might have to open up a new account on a book that doesn't suspend at the toss, a couple have said bluebet - anything else people have found works? Seems like Neds, Crown, Ubet and Uni are out also have TAB and WH but I reckon they'd be suspending too.

Ahhh an “actual bettor”, yet never posts a tip or anything of value to a punting board yet happy to take pot shots at those that do. How boring.
just offered some advice to the bloke who is tipping up 1pt middles, they aren't profitable in basketball, there you go.

whoever doesn't suspend at the toss probably limits your account real quick

$1.5 to $1.8 with the fall of a wicket
This is what I like about live cricket betting. I'm pretty sure that the fall of the first wicket does not have a significant impact on a T20 game*, yet the market reacts by 17%.

If I don't like pre-match odds I'll often see if there is a loss of wicket in the 1st over and then jump on the value.

(* completely statistically untested)

Anyone trading the Ashes first test. There is rain forecast for the end of the week in Brisbane. If we could only trust the wearherman it could be an opportunity to Back to Lay the Draw .Its currently overs at 5/1 bet365 and should start much lower pre ball 1.Another option invlolving in play would be if Australia win the toss and dominate the bat first Back the draw post day 1 hoping the rain comes then Lay

I followed the India v Sri Lanka test last week, it was fairly weather affected, lots of stop start for rain delays. The weather forecast was there for all to see but the fluctuations on Betfair were crazy when they got a few overs in and then off again for rain etc.

Emirates Aus Open
Ladbrokes price boost takes Spieth from $3 to $3.30.
Current lay price on Betfair is $3

Was wondering if anyone thought the middles available for player performance market on the 1st test tomorrow are worth it. From what I can see only Sportsbet, Crown and Unibet have them available at the moment. Player performance is a bit like a fantasy scoring system, 1pt for runs, 10 per catch, 20 per wicket, 25 per stumping across both innings. There are various ones that I've found, probably the best one being,

Bairstow U109.5 @ 1.88
Bairstow O96.5 @1.83

Happy to share more if it's worth it.
