Rumour Archer Conviction Cleared and Sentenced to 12 month Good Behaviour bond

Archer wins his case!

Originally pleaded guilty and was found guilty. Had conviction entered and was sentenced.

Still agrees that he did it but appealed anyway.

Won appeal and got a different sentence with no conviction recorded.

What part of not guilty don't you understand?

Glenn Archer pleaded guilty. then appeals the conviction. Two previous assault issues.Archer then has the audacity to say that he did not wish to clog up the court system. Why appeal sentence then you flog of a bloke

Seems to punch on a lot with guys he thinks may have said or done something without being sure. Betting he is the type of guy who just stares at someone for a while just so when the person makes eye contact with him he can shout "what are you looking at campaigner, do you want a fight"?
