It’s weird the same supporters who were gobbing off after they beat us in round 1 last year have not been as chirpy since, weird. Can’t even begin to
describe the joy of watching the 60 - 0 start to the final last year. And for the hat it’s worth, no they are not of the verge of anything good.

Try putting up with the campaigners all summer telling us they were top 4 bound and we were ****ed

Define "verge".
Well ... two main options paraphrased below ...

Are Carlton quiveringly poised and about to spring into a glorious greatness undeniable to even their fiercest critics and longest and most unforgiving foes?

Hell no!!!

Are Carlton sitting on the sidelines passively enjoying the view of other team's greatnesses seemingly contented with their mediocrity and passively accepting their current position and remembering their erstwhile claims to such an estate back in the good old days?

Sounds about right!

Of course that may have been a purely rhetorical question... 😎

I just feel sorry for the Carlton supporters and im a Richmond supporter

Truly think our 37 years of sh!tness is in danger of being over taken
Agreed, it’s 30 and counting. They look at least 5 years away

Let’s remember it’s probably not that bad as they are checked out at the moment.
Needs big changes at the end of the season

Big changes can also go either way

With the top end players getting older how many will still be there in 5 years
Mckay , Curnow , Cripps , Wietering , McFovern , Saad , Hewitt , Silvagni , Pitto and possibly Walsh being finished

5 years easily turns into 10

McKay, Weitering, Curnow, Silvagni and Walsh should all be there in 5 years time. The rest not.

Try being told Silvagni is in near All Australian form and is next line to be captain 😂
You seen their squad. He could actually be the next captain.

We might find if blues do well with the Curnow trade it can turn around fast.

Forward setup and overall game plan will be different, good trading can bring in some ready made players

Whether Voss is good or not or middling, whom and i to know.

Sacked or not sacked. Makes no difference to me.

Getting a new coach, what exactly more will they get out of this list? Because i can't see it.

I can see the list in decline. A new coach will be sacked even quicker.

Rinse and repeat.
Think we’ll see blues will put up with a poor 2026, it’ll be an interesting off season and expect they’ll be aggressively reading.

blues have seen that more than coaching changes are needed
