We are 5 games in and I heard in the 45 games there have been 23 favourites winning and 22 upsets.
Are some clubs more affected than others by runner restrictions.
Coaches messages and feedback from those watching the game from off the field no longer gets to players as quickly.
In the Melbourne Richmond ANZAC game in the second quarter only two goals were kicked between the 2 teams ... only two opportunities for runners to go pass multiple messages.
Teams with strong onfield generals like Luke Hodge may be at an advantage.
All the other miriad of rule changes all clubs have to deal with equally but on field leadership some clubs have more leaders who take control than others.
Does your club have enough on field generals?
