Looking at footydraft.com-

1. Deledio- should work out as a future star

4.Franklin- Looks like a player in the mold of a tall running on-baller eg:pavlich, Goodes.
But Tambling or Griffen- if available, would be taking above him.

12.Deluca- Wouldn't be over the moon with this pick, would rather look at another KPP like Willits or Bate.

14.Toovey- Dont no much about this guy but an outside player like Sharp, Eckerman. But if anyone could give some info on him would be nice.
It does say that he may be an undersized defender-Zantuck like?. I dont think we need another one of them.

20.Lewis- Sounds like a real player. Averaged 30+ possies in TAC cup level. Also is a tough inside player who likes the goals. Maybe our most solid pick after Deledio. Just hope he doesnt go before pick 20.

Alan Toovey has the potential and size to possibly hold down a key defensive position in the long term. Looks and plays a bit like Saddington but has a few more tricks. Should be a very good pick.

I'm not sure if I wouldn't prefer Roughead at pick 4 (GH has him going to Hawthorn at pick 5). I am worried about the comments on Franklin's temperament and his closeness to his family.

Roughead is a local boy who could also hold down a KP but with less of the risk.

With my cynical hat on, I wonder if this is why GH has Roughead going to Hawthorn instead of Richmond!!!!:p

Awkward height at 188cm. Deledio is a midfielder and taller. Toovey is the same height as Bowden. Toovey is probably going to be more of a Lonie-ish running defender who can play tall. If clubs decide that he is not tall enough for a key defender, and not pacy and skillful enough to be an attacking rebounder then he might fall all the way through and be rookie-list fodder.

I still think we will take our ruckman at 16, not 12, safe (safe as you can be) that Melbourne (x2) and Essendon won't take a ruckman at 13-15.

I'd definetly prefer Roughead over Franklin.

For me it's....

1. Deledio
4. Roughead/Griffen
12. Messon/KPP
16. Lewis/KPP
20. KPP

If we get Griffen at 4, i'd go KPP at 16, and if we get Roughead at 4, i'd go Lewis at 16.

I don't know whether Messon will be available at 12 but here's hoping, wouldn't want Deluca and Wood will be long gone by 12.

Yea, I agree. Ive liked Franklin throughout the draft but he does seem a bit of a risk. Roughead seems the goods but I havent seen him play.

Looks pretty good though.

I think that if richmond did pick Roughhead we would play him in defence alongside schultz in his first year to learn the game ala Brad Miller

But of those picks i would rather it went this way.

Big Footy has it:
#1- Brett Deledio
#4- Jarryd Roughhead
#12- Fabian Deluca
#16- Alan Toovey
#20- Jordan Lewis

My preference
#1- Brett Deledio
#4- Jarryd Roughhead/Ryan Griffen
#12- Fabian Deluca
#16- Ben Eckermann/Matthew Bate
#20- Jordan Lewis

fellow tigers.Pray for anyone but DeLuca.

I want to go a low risk approach to attempt to ensure we get as many AFL players as possible even if they may not be champions. We have deficencies in all positions. With that in mind...

#1 Deledio

#4 Griffen

#12 Lewis (preffered)/ Eckerman

#16 Willets

#20 Bate/Kirkby
