I think you will see people like Walker Carrazzo etc benefiting more from accountability and pressure than actually playing along side Judd.

Walker issues are so 2006 its not funny. The amount of arguments put forward to explain why he now only OCCASIONALY sprays (less than even Simpson on his ONLY foot) being due to :injury, coaching, role, opponent...etc,etc,etc

Pretty much the only advocates around here are the kids.

Issue is now minor to what it was, say about as significant as Browns lack of courage.

Yep. And Mackay's role was often under-rated. He was a tough small-medium rebounding defender. But what he also had, was outstanding skill execution.

Uhm, not to denigrate an old favourite of mine, a player with as much heart as any who has played for us, who was a terrifically competitive, hard at it, decent mark, decent hands, great tackler, tough to tackle.

BUT.......his kicking was average.

I dont know... SoS kicked well enough in front of the sticks to have posted 202 goals for the club including a bag of 10 goals and one of 8

He did have a very awkward kicking action though.

It wasn't that bad AWG. Sure, he had some clangers, but in general, I thought his kicking was ok.
