He is in inspiration and has inspired our other young players in the last 3 games

Also noticed he was in the middle of the circle during the team song

Well done indeed. Big fan of Army (picked him up in the Buddy draft - though I won't suggest I'm anywhere near as big a fan of his as the tb69 and daughter) and very happy to see him performing. Adds something to our side with his speed and attack on the ball - and he showed he can use it both defensively and offensively. :thumbsu:
 
I have it on good authority Rogers picked him, nice and hard love him, can we get some more like him.

Interesting western australian clubs didn't rate as high as we did, who is laughing now.

I hope rogers gets more say in the future.

How did you see the song? I didn't think channel 7 showed it.
 
Army was irresistable today! There's one passage of play that has been cemented in my mind, and that's when Dennis was running towards the ball, a Collingwood bloke charging the other way. DA jumped up and tapped the ball to our advantage, knowing that he was going to be absolutely cleaned up, which he was.

He's just so confident!

Myself & my daughter have rated this guy highly as we have watched him from day in the Ants & saw something special......

I knew he has been our favourite for a reason....... & dennis knows it too....lol

absolutely had a great game today....was limping when he came out of change rooms but said to us that he will be alright

Thats why we have started Army's Army....... :thumbsu:

This kid is going to be a star ... he reminds me a lot of Andrew McKay, just running straight ahead, courage he is quicker than AM and also a bit more creative. I think he is going to be the pick up of the season for us.

Such a tough kid, nothing fazes him, you can just tell he used to be a concreter.

It's no secret on my street that i think the DA is a exciting player to watch, everytime he touches the ball i yell out ARMY!!!!. It's amazing how much support he has got from us already. The attack on the footy he has is top shelf and he seems to have a lot of poise when he has the pill. Looking forward to watching him grow as a player along with all our young fellas.
 
He might just develop into an elite midfielder given a bit of time. He has the pace, courage, competitive instinct, hardness and footy brain to do it. 3 games of senior footy and he's already in our best 22 IMO.

Boy did I enjoy watching Army go about his business today. He appears to have grown a hell of a lot at Carlton this year from when he was with swans last year. Great courage. Well done :thumbsu:.

Agreed. I was surprised when Michelle got the boot for him but have been pleasantly surprised ever since! :thumbsu:
