Rate they're going, they're going to crack the all-time top 10 for worst defensive seasons. Other recent entries include us in 2007 (which Pagan didn't survive) and GWS in 2013 (Sheedy + extenuating circumstances). Not sure any modern AFL team should be conceding 130/game across an entire season.

When you have back to back 100 point beltings that's when you know he's lost the players for good.
I'd be staggered if they didnt make a coaching change...problem for Lions is the likes of Matthews and Swan defending Leppa and in the end its up to them.
Matthews seems to be the biggest problem...he's such a dominating figure and legend of the club and AFL...but he's the one defendingn Leppa the most and still stuck in the old ways...hasn't modernised.
If only 'Whispering' Ted Lowe was still with us.
