The Port Power was a totally new club founded in 1997 that signed an agreement with Collingwood stating that they'd never play in the old Port Adelaide black and white colours before they entered.

Collingwood were in the AFL first and the colours are theirs and part of their national identity. Collingwood will never agree to Port wearing their colours and they never should. Black and white stripes are the second most valuable asset Collingwood has, and another club using it would dilute that identity.

Port should honour their contracts and STFU.
how's that "mediating the friendly way" course going for ya, gman?
