Loved both preliminary finals even though they were blowouts.

The sure handling and kicking skills were brilliant. The handling skills - not the fumbles we have to accept - followed by instictive run past of players with foot skills and moving in to space, were a joy to watch.

Shaping as an excellent Grand Final. Actually think the Dogs might win it, just think they have been galvanised by their recent run and they have several experienced players who've climbed the mountain before.

It's pretty crazy that three of this year's top four teams have once again proven huge finals disappointments, and two (Port and Geelong) have large factions of supporters who've been in an ongoing campaign to get rid of their coaches.

Imagine how we would react if we actually made the finals and continued to fall short! I'd like to think our melts would surpass all before them.
