Glad we went with Voss over Ross

You can really see the toll that having Ross as coached has on a team and player. The side of the season they're all up and about and excited to be playing for him. Seems like the last couple of months they've just lost it, beating the teams that were beneath them and struggling against anything competitive.

Our boys have found Voss to be a real players coach. He's hard when he has to be, gentle when he needs to be and a real inspirational leader at all times, regardless of the situation.

Left footers are great field and defensive kicks- crap in front of goal. Right foot is the way - Lockett, Fev, Dunstall, Ablett etc
