MY FATHER IS MY UNCLE.

pretty average and much much more.

Was listening to Hamish and Andy the other day and Hamish was talking about sexy magic tricks. Immediately brought this line, i think from the first episode, to my head
"Illusion Michael, a trick is something a whore does for money... or candy"

You've not seen the extended, uncensored first episode I take it?

"Illusion Michael, a trick is something a whore does for money...or cocaine"

The dustbuster. Lupe favorite toy. The bus being her car.

Bumping this thread,
Everyone needs a little Boris.

That it is. But the cocaine line works a bit better.

Not that its a big issue, but to me the candy line works just fine. From memory the camera pans to a bunch of kids after Michael looks in their direction, so gob alters it to be more child friendly so he puts in candy. Like i said i haven't seen the other version, so i might work better

^Other version is identical bar swapping 'cocaine' for 'candy'. I like the cocaine line a little bit more (both are hilarious though) simply because I find it funny that Gob's idea of softening the blow for the children is to say "or cocaine".

God I love this show, why did it have to die?

[Wayne Jarvis has just told Michael that the government believes George Snr has been building houses in Iraq]
Michael: "Are you serious?"
Wayne: "Almost always, I was once called the worst audience member Cirque du Soleil ever had."
Michael: "This is a big accusation."
Wayne: "Well Michael, I did not find their buffoonery amusing."

Wayne Jarvis is hilarious, one of my favourite bit-part characters. In fact, I don't think there's any bit-part or one-off characters I don't love.

It aint easy being white

It aint easy being brown

All this pressure to be bright

I got children, all over town

EDIT: oh no I was beaten!!!

Michael: Gob, weren't you also mercilessly beaten outside of a club in Torrance for that act?

Gob: Turns out Franklin said some things African-Americany wasn't ready to hear either.

Most underrated character had to be Oscar.

Buster: Gob made me kiss Franklin and I think my father was here.

Oscar: Maybe he still is

Michael: Oh shut up

(five seconds later)

Oscar: Oh you shut up

Brilliant show :thumbsu:

"52% of the country is single. That's a market that's been dominated by apartment rentals. Let's take some of that market. I call it "Single City."

It's, like, "Hey, you want to go down to the whirlpool?" "Yeah, I don't have a husband." I call it "Swing City."

How do we filter out the teases? We don't let them in. This goes for the guys, too. Because sometimes the guys are tapped out. But check your lease, man. Because you're living in F**k City! "

How good is that. This is making me want to rewatch the series for the 200th time.

Completely agree, uncle jack was a horrible character. No idea what happened there...
I didn't think he was horrible, but yeh, he was a bit lacklustre. But Wayne Jarvis, Barry Zuckerkorn, Oscar, Carl Weathers, Gene Parmesan, Stan Sitwell, Tony Wonder etc is a pretty good strike rate.
