Don't you read Newspapers, Adelaide was voted as Australia's 2nd most livable city after Perth. I was only stating the results from an Australian wide survey.

well i've been to Adeliade, i found it fun, only coz brisbane were playign there that week and me and my friend went to the city with a few of them, the only things i found beautiful was: one of their beaches, the footy(only coz the lions won) and the best thing bout adeliade was the airport so i could get out of that excuse for a city!

Carey, actually I have travelled past the Adelaide Hills, I have visited Europe and Asia and I would still say Adelaide is one of the best cities in the world to live in. That's not to say that I don't like Melbourne, I've visited a couple of times and found it actually to be a nice place to visit, with many attractions.
Daphne, don't get so sensitive about what some people say about Melb. and Victorians. I've read numerous comments about the intelligence of South Australians and how our footpaths get rolled up at 6 pm. Victorians give as much crap as they get so get off your high horse. You don't see me writing some long, stupid idiotic post in retaliation (unlike yourself).
I reckon the AFL has been great for footy in Aus. I wonder how many people share your view that if the AFL became 'dead and buried' they wouldn't give a stuff. Anyone else care to comment??
