Felt that it was moving a bit slowly this season compared to last season. Wonder if it was all just building to this and will come out firing in the second half.

Probably one of the best cliffhanger midseason finales ive seen

So Olli can't kill his girlfriend's killer because you know, sister's dad and all, but that's ok because his girlfriend's sister has her mum's blessings to just go at it. She'll probably enjoy it all the more when she realises that the guy also killed her boyfriend, of course he was his dad too.

Then there's Thea who still killed Sara, her ex boyfriend only dreams about it, and Oliver who almost got Sara killed way back on the boat trip, while cheating on Laurel, but then also got his mate's girlfriend killed so that Sara wasn't killed at least once.

Laurel and mum are also going to hold off on telling dad that his daughter is dead because you know, he seems a bit fragile just now.

I know we're all hoping they skip the Green Arrow/Black Canary romance this time around but it'd be a hell of a chrissy dinner at least.

I remenber after watching the mid-season finale.. i was speechless, shocked and i couldn't get over it. but i predict that malcolm will save him and take him to the lazarus pit. sucks how we have to wait untill 21st of jan...

The only thing that bugged me about the finale (now that I've watched it again) is how reckless Ollie was in A. going after Ra's with no real plan and B. how reckless he was in fighting him. It was really un Ollie like to be so confident in killing this guy who was so powerful and just to go in swinging.

I'm wondering if it won't be Ra's al Ghul who saves Oliver with the Lazarus Pit. It just seemed very deliberate that he put the sword through Oliver's right side when he could have made sure that he killed Oliver (plus his little speech) and he'd have known that Oliver really had nothing to do with Sara's death anyway, maybe that will meet the needs of honour and they can work, somewhat, together from here?

Just on the crossover episodes I really liked how they acknowledged and had fun with the differences between the two series, with Arrow being grittier and more likely to end in fatalities.

Yeah but it doesn't matter what side you put the sword through if you kick them off a cliff after, or is the lazarus pit at the bottom of the cliff?

So that ending...

Also loved Felicity's reaction when Palmer told her about helping him with his suit.
Why does this keep happening to me...

Kind of annoying how often Ollie thinks he can take someone only to get his arse handed to him :(
Honestly did not expect the other guy to be so strong.

Damn that episode was well done, I just wish they would tone down the cheesiness.

At most there would be about 6 people in the dc world that would stand a chance 1v1 with ra's

Oliver Queen isn't one of them

Welcome to the thread. Love the user name.

Olly seems to have lost a step this season. In the past he dominated everyone hand to hand and never missed with an Arrow, this season he has been getting his ass handed to him on the regular, seemed the same with Ra's

First season back from the knee reco......

Nice, I like Roy's character.

I hope we have less of "no don't come, I got this". You have a team, use them FFS. I get why he had to fight Ra's by himself and was never going to beat him but that just kind of bugs me. Everything else though, big thumbs up.

Surely they can squeeze a suicide squad episode in while Olly's gone.
