Not to bad but...

Very disappointed that Ollie didn't so much as die and get bought back by the Lazarus pit but that Ras didn't kill him and that Maseo resued him and took him to Tatsu for help. It makes Ras look as if he doesn't know how to kill someone with a sword who is on his knees on the edge of the cliff, plus using the Lazarus pit would've opened up the story arc of Ollie becoming more aggressive.

He actually said he had her here to bring him back to life?? But i would have liked the Lazarus Pit too.
 
the lazarus pit would've been good but im glad Maseo saved him. otherwise he'd still be dead. you guys reakon something happened to Maseo child ?? dont think oliver will be returning to starling anytime soon. needs too recover big time. overall good too have arrow back.

I think there will be more than it seems with Ollie being resurrected. and why it was Katana who has returned him to the world of the living. I have some ideas that take parts from the Lazarus pit and parts from Katana's sword and something special

I think Stephen Amell said he would only be gone for a couple of episodes.
 
Good to have Arrow back!

Quite liked last night's ep.

I reckon Ollie did die and Katana somehow brought him back to life. I think Maseo and Katana seemed pretty distant with each other too - maybe their kid will die in one of the flash back eps and they separate as a consequence?

Was a nice change to see Roy and Diggle stepping up too with the crime fighting. Loved Vinnie Jones's character - seemed to suit his abilities and appearance as an actor.

Really like Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer too. Pretty excited to see where his future plot takes him.

Also, was good to see Laurel as Black Canary at the end - here's hoping she gets some stronger material and becomes a better part of the show (generally, I think she's been one of the weaker cast members to date).
 
Would have been a stronger episode if there was no flashbacks or the resurrection. Finally giving Laurel some good material and loved the rest of the arrow team dynamics.

Liked Roy being the voice of reason as well saying whats the point of keeping Thea out of the secret. Think it's about time for her to know the secret.

Do we really need all the spoiler tags, maybe just add one to the thread title plus spoilers for DC references that give away future stuff, it seems to be pretty well understood that this thread is for discussing the show as it airs.

The superpowers might be getting upped a lot quicker now with the Flash in the same universe, although they'll probably keep it a level below The Flash (I really liked how it was brought up in the cross overs).

Ray Palmer is a good example, when he first joined Arrow I got my superheros mixed up and thought he was going to be Captain Atom with the containment suit etc but as The Atom and with the main power being shrinking even if it takes awhile to get to they'll be crossing over into full comic book superpowers.

I watch like 6-7 different shows a week, including ones I prefer to watch and am marathoning.

Arrow, Flash, Gotham, Person of Interest, are pretty meh shows, so I'm not that keen on watching them as soon as they come out.

Woweeeeee. I saw a tweet saying "did not see that ending coming", and I STILL didn't see it coming.

Surely this is setting up team arrow and Merlyn vs Ra's. Has to.
 
The most exciting part of the episode.. was seeing the previews for next week.

I wanted to really like it. I really did. Was disappointed.
