You could be talking about when I go to a game or when I play... I'll assume you mean when I play.

I like to wake up late (around 10.30) have a big bowl of cereal and then shower by 11.30.

Then I make my way down to the ground to watch the 2's come out. i'm always sipping on water and I eat 2 bananas before going into the rooms at half time of the 2's and preparing. I have another banana while changing and then go outside for a warm up.

I never tape and I always leave the rooms with my mouth guard in. (no idea why).
