Strong disagree.
Single leg leg press is a brilliant exercise, especially as an accessory exercise after heavy squats. The Australian cycling team in the 80s (during a period of domination) used single leg presses as they main strength building exercise.

When I was regularly pinning the max weight on the leg press (240kg) I used to do alternate single leg presses at 100kg to warm up.

I hope my man card is in no danger, we have to wait for Billy ray to log in from Fiji and tell us all.

Any exercise or activity that strengthens legs is a tick in my eyes. Need to be able to leg it with speed and endurance at the drop of a hat

I've been considering alternatives to conversation starters because they're usually boring as batshit, and you don't want a dead end conversation.

1. How was your weekend? Yeah not bad.......
2. Did you end up getting away over the weekend?, (either way it offers up a chain link of questions)
