Hackkk..!

Josh.P Kennedy, traded from Hawthorn to Sydney.

Averaged 80 from 10 games and very limited game time.
Big frame, Big tank, Clean disposal and will be thrown straight into Sydney's aging midfield. So plenty of opportunity for him.

What kinda of season do you think he will have and what could we expect him to average.

At $429,000 which i think is a little overpriced, but could potentially have a break out season.

I'm not sure why this is so hard to get your head around.

The player position swaps can only take place between 2 Dual position eligible players.

If your not sure go into the Player stats view in your SC page and hover over the substitute button. You will only be able to exchange players within that list.

If WALKER is a MID only, how the fK does he end up in your FWD line.[/quote]

For example Ozzy the above response!

NT, it seems your brain doesnt think outside the square (or just maybe not at all).. Why would I ask the question in the first place if I ment only that... Reread my question.. When Walker is in the mids, trade him, while doing the trade I put Goodes in my midfield from my forward line, that way I have a spare space to fill in forward line instead of my mids, then I trade in J.Brown..

Greetings oh mighty footyhack!

With such a great bunch of rookie midfielders this year do you think its possible starting 3 of them in your midfield to free up cash somewhere? You could have another two midfield rookies that look like playing round 1 on your bench and rotate them with the 3 that are on the ground.

An example is something like this -

Ablett, Dal Santo Pendlebury

Trengrove Martin Cunnington

Bench - Morabito Bastinac

Alternatively I am thinking of upgrading one of my rookie mids to Andrew Walker as he seems to be fully fit this year.

Cheers,

Yes I understood this way:- goodes into mids and you buy a new forward

Hah, Hah another mentally challenged noob....

So let me get this straight you click on trade to get rid of Walker....OK i'm with you...But somehow now you press pause is it, so that you can move Goodes from your FWD line into the midfield whilst in your Mid limbo trade of Walker...Yep i'm with you, this is great, then once Goodes is moved you all of a sudden have a magical FWD trade....IS this right!

Cool I like it outside the square!

Thanks alot for that. I took your advice and have since:

1. Downgraded Ziebell/Dangerfield (one of them will go, not sure yet; what's your opinion?) for Wonaeamirri.
2. Upgraded Didak for Riewoldt.
3. Upgraded Ottens for Clark.

Whatcha think now?
now love it just wach the NAB for the resvs :)

G'day there mr. Hack, Whats the go with Darcy Daniher, will he be in the 22?

Barry Hall - at 366,000 and an average last year of almost 70, is he a decent option? I guess it comes down to - Can he survive the season without a massive meltdown? A few good games and I think he will rise to the mid-400's and could be traded.
meltdown i think not, better team so less stress, BUT he will start 2010 at age 33 so the risk hear is will he get the big scores you need to upgrade not sold but is worth the risk as he will not go lower then ave of 70 IMO

1) If placing 323rd last yr is considered a "noob", does that make you nob..?
2) Being a collingwood supporter and calling someone else mentally challenged, now that's thinking outside the square.. Well done your there champ!:thumbsu:

i think higging will get tagged alot more this year, gilbee is on the down IMO and i dont like the idear of having both scully and trengove in one team
Rucks:Hille, Leuenberger
Emerg:Wornock, Lobbe

Forwards:Goodes, Harvey, Franklin, Tippett, O'Keefe, Waite, Dennis-Lane
Emerg:Gumbleton, Tapscott
harvey is geting on and with the crop of last years kids that come through i'd give him a miss buddy is hot and cold but will have a better year
$170,000 in the bank
it's ok but you could work on it buddy is worth a punt, but thats it a punt! and he can let you down (can win it for you to) IMO hrvey is a big big risk! hope this helps

this is a bit strange as i used your advice so much over the last 2 years but hear go's, 3 starting in the mids:eek: i went for this last year and it worked ok, but not great. this year it'\s worth a go but i'v gorne with a stacked mid and will look were the value is out side but in saying that mids will make you the most cash but look at the MPPs if you do go with this as i think you will need them.
walker is looking good, and will make you some cash if hes playing but just keep an eye on him he is not a must have as yet

came on well at the end of last year with an ave of 95 over the last 4 games so is worht a look, it' his 3rd year so it's a good time to jump on and roos is saying that they will have a beter year (what coach wont say that) so he's is in the mix, if you are not starting with abblet or waiting for judd he would be a good one to upgrade from

G'day there mr. Hack, Whats the go with Darcy Daniher, will he be in the 22?
looking at the depth chart he is very close to being in and if gumby dose not come up he will play every game so is worth having (gumby wont play all year)

So if Scott Gumbleton doesn't play, Darcy Daniher will play every game? How do you figure that?

I think it would be good if we can keep a summarised list of the advice so people don't have to ask the same questions over and over again - hack, maybe you could keep some of the highlights stickied in the opening post?

From reading the thread so far, Kennelly is coming back to take Grundy's position as a KPD and force him out of the side, Daniher is a KPF who is hoping Gumbleton breaks down again so he gets a spot, Boags is your favourite bear, Atkinson is in Essendon's best 22, and Rusling has no injury concerns and is fine for the NAB cup.

Hey Hack......took some of your advice earlier and have made some changes to my team....n e help would be appreciated.

Backs Goddard Drummond Hodge Kennelley Hunts Sheppard Moore Emg: Trengove and Davis

Mids: Ablett Pendlebury Montagna Dalziell Trengove Martin Emg:Shuey Bastinac

Rucks: Hille Tippett Emg: Warnock Lobbe

Fwds: Goodes Riewoldt Fevola Harvey Higgins Knights Gumbleton Emg: Tarrant Tappscott

Cheers
