Was the story on 7news at 6pm this evening relating to the son of a former AFL champion assaulting somebody at Ringwood Station related to this? That assault was absolutely sickening.

I absolutely despise this type of journalism, actually changed the channel mid-report. If this was regular Joe in the same situation would it even make the news? No, it wouldn't. They can't mention names so why carry on like mothers dropping off their children at the school gates discussing whether Timmy's mother has had her **** done.

Well nick Stevens appeared in ringwood magistrates court a few months ago for allegedly assaulting his gf.
The assault was at ringwood station.
