We are going to keep Lobbe by the looks of things, so Lade becomes the most important coach to make sure he becomes a useful player again, especially if Ryder picks up injuries and misses a decent chunk of the season. He has Big Bones Billy to work on and get up to speed and whilst Ryder has great athleticism and gets plenty of taps to advantage, he can still teach the apprentice a thing or two about deft tap work and putting the ball down a moving players throat. And he can also help Jacko out especially if he is going to be spending time up forward and rucking as well.
That's a lot to do for a part time ruck coach.
