Yes, a moron. But listening to him guest commentate earlier this season, boy did he know his stuff. Honest, very practical observations, not too much fantasy land stuff. And explained it in a simple terminology that any player would understand.

Seems from any vision you see of the coaching group, he and Ken appear tight.

Get a genuine forward assistant coach. Someone who is a former forward or forward coach from a successful team.

Voss is gone so long as there is another senior coaching job available for him.
If Bassett is close with Ken (And if Ken is still senior coach next year) I would say he should take the role of senior assistant.
