I didn't mean "okay" as in "you're right", I meant it as in "okay, I don't know what you want me to do with your comment". I've already said that I don't have enough information on the things that matter to comment on it.

It's Passover ATM for those who don't know a time when the Jewish and Gregorian match up, but if you mention Easter surely it is not hard to mention Christians.

It’s a bit strange , especially given the large Sri Lankan community here, and the fact they are one of our closest neighbours, just like NZ. Is it because they are christians or is it because they are black? I’d say it’s more the latter than the former. Liberal media is actually very racist when it comes to ascribing value to people’s lives, in the most insidiously hypocritical way.
Whilst lefty media can as you say be quite racist; NZ is nearly the seventh state and since the victims are Christian (even though Clinton and Obama can't use that word) or foreigners they don't count, and all the left are worried about is offending Muslims

Christian victims of terrorism at the hands of muslims is so common that a minute of silence every time would have us playing the Grand Final in November. But wow when a group of muslims are the victims then holy shit let’s put your burqas out and turn to Waleed for guidance and prayer.
This is some pretty silly false equivalency. First the NZ terrorist attack probably resonated more because we pretty much consider NZ as part of Australia (or at least our closest cousin). Added to the fact, it was an Australian that caused it and you can begin to understand the Australian response. I'd wait to see how the next round pans out before bagging the AFL.

There are terrorist attacks against Muslims (perpetuated by Muslims mainly) at a pretty bloody high rate - hardly rates a mention in the news here.

Adern's response was because it happened to her citizens. Happy to discuss whether it was over the top but to expect she should engage in the same behaviour for every terrorist attack is absurd.

Every left leaning media outlet I've either read or listened to has condemned the attacks. The Guardian had a great article mentioning that people of faith need to be protected and highlighted the discrimination and violence against Christians, particularly in Muslim nations https://www.theguardian.com/comment...n-view-on-religious-freedom-protect-believers

Anyone that uses violence to enforce their view (whether it's religious, political or cultural) is a POS, particularly when innocent civilians are killed.

Counter Terrorism expert Kabir Taneja, comments upon Sri Lanka Deputy Defence Minister's assertion that the church attacks are in retaliation for Christchurch
Other sources have stated one of the suicide bombers has been openly preaching extermination of non-Muslims for three years. Reeks of blame-shifting for lax security.

It doesn’t make sense because I’m not sure what Sri Lankan Catholics have to do with the actions of an Australian atheist.

It is true that many Muslims are brought up with the perception that westerners = Christians. There was something spread yesterday about them changing targets from Buddhists to Christians, but I am unconvinced.

Even if not. This reaction to a genuine lone nutcase has been coordinated and implemented by how many people, 50+? They are all singing off the same islamic songsheet which is the bigger problem.

It’s a bit like how the Muslim world supposedly isn’t full of irrational resentment towards the West, except for the fact their epithet for Christian foreigners is “Frank”, based on their defeat at Tours in the 8th century.

Even down to blaming a Jewish funded organisation that highlights racism in all its form the ADC, or the current liberals as Waleed went after.
LOL. What a low life POC that guy is. He used the Christchurch attack to create lies about ScoMo. Ali is the classical example of a LWNJ bigot.

Nobody with any claims to personal integrity could've followed the two incidents without the hypocrisy slapping them in the face.

So sad to hear that hundreds of Easter Worshippers were killed. My worst fear is of course the blowback innocent Muslims will face following this.
Firstly why would you fear that? Secondly, why is that your worst fear?

There's only been one incident where supposed innocent Muslims have been attacked, vs the hundreds where non-Muslims have been attacked by Muslims. Which one do you think is more likely to occur? If you did genuinely care then you would be more concerned about attacks like this happening again.
