Roy Keane was pretty spec. against Valencia 2night.... That game - the giggs game - was something else - right up there with Ess V Geel 93 or Ess V Carey 99...

That entire season was pretty special for United. It wasn't just the treble, but the drama involved. 2 late goals vs Liverpool to knock them out of the FA Cup, the Giggs goal vs Arsenal, and of course, those 2 very late goals vs Bayern Munich in the European Cup Final.

Manchester United vs Arsenal this Sunday. United are close to full strength, but Arsenal always lift themselves against us. I'd be happy with a draw just to keep you guys at arms length....I still have nightmares over that season where Arsenal won their last 10 to overcome a 12 point gap and win the title.

Yep. More Liverpool sadness. Celebrating a United loss more than their own victories. So sad, so sad.....

I've never been quite so insulted! A Liverpool fan? A stinking Scouser? Retract, my good man, or I shall take off my belt and by gum me trousers will fall down!

I'm a Spurs fan, not that it's relevant. In fact, Spurs are irrelevant. The humour lies in the media darlings causing their own downfall yet again in Europe, and the silly, vastly overrated sod who scored the own goal being shown up for the Phil Neville in disguise that he really is.

And it wasn't a ManUre loss Shinboners, it was a draw.

Apart from that, it was a good post.

1. My most humble apologies for calling you a Liverpool fan. Still, it's a bit better than mixing you up with being a Leeds fan.

2. If you're going to talk about over-rated central defenders, look at your own team because you'll find the massively over-rated Sol Campbell taking up space.

3. In ABU terms, a United draw is still a loss. Still, while it's sad to celebrate a United loss, it's sadder still to celebrate a draw.

4. For a club that only has two league titles to its name (you know, one less than the mighty Huddersfield Town), how come Spurs became one of the traditional big 5 clubs?

5. Still, nice to know that you realise that Spurs are essentially irrelevant. If only those tossers at Massive Manchester Shitty would realise their place in the scheme of things too.

6. Oh, and are you the one who started the "chicky, chicky, chicky, chicky" (y'know, like Old MacDonald on his farm) chant at Hawthorn games? If you did, all credit to you because hearing that always brings a smile to my face. Yep, Daniel Chick is not a bad player and the memory of how he ripped us apart from the half back flank at the G last season is still fresh in the memory.

You better watch out that Sir *cough* Alex doesn't start throwing some dosh around come June then - imagine a back four of overrated Campbell, overrated Brown and the Ringling Brothers circus.

Can't claim any ownership of that chant you mention - I only invented the one at the bottom of this post when I started on here.

I think I'm due for a new one anyway.

BTW, who are the World's Biggest Football Club (TM) playing in the quarter finals of the World's Oldest Cup Competition (TM)? Or did you pull out this year as well?
