We invested in a lot of skinny players this year. Hope Junker, Watson and Larkey especially put weight on fast. Williams will need to do it more slowly to ensure he keeps his lightning pace.

I would have thought that at this stage of preseason, it's about establishing a fitness base moreso than skills or game sense training. The assistants and strength/conditioning guys would be more than capable of managing that without Brad.
With our skill level, we need it to be 365 day of the year focus.

Whilst in furious agreement with you, I'm also of the view that you can be the most skilled player in the league, but if you can't get your hands on the pill then you ain't worth diddly!
This may be a a revolutionary idea, but they shouldn't be mutually exclusive.

Gut busting running combined with skill execution whilst under duress.

A recipe for success.

Seems in the training videos that Jy carries a footy with him 24/7.

Whether it be sitting down, walking around or running laps.

Great signs for the future.

The best and most skillful players are one with the ball.
Ben Cousins used to be the same.

Don't think he carries one any more though.

Don't the muscles used in bike riding work against those used in running? Not just different muscles, but competing muscles? (And part of what makes triathalons challenging?) Looking forward to our plethora of online lawyers to help out here.

Edit: Sorry, accountants.
